Gabriel Stein is an American journalist reporting for Radio Sweden, an English program for Sweden's national public radio station. He's been based in Stockholm, Sweden since 2005. His journalism career began in 2000 as a sports reporter covering the New York Yankees for a small bi-weekly newspaper called the Black Reign.
Later, he worked at the Newark Star Ledger as a municipal, general assignment, and feature reporter. He has also been published in the International Herald Tribune, The Local Europe, and Transitions Abroad. He has a blog about life in Sweden, www.muchissaidinjest.com.
